Templates often repeat names and dates in many text boxes. The quick text editor lists every text box on your card in reading order so you can update them without clicking each one. Layout, fonts and colours never change.
- Open it
In the designer, click Quick edit text at the bottom right of the canvas.
- Edit any line
Type directly in each box. Line breaks carry over to the card. Use Show on card to jump to a box.
- Find & replace
Enter a word such as a placeholder name and its replacement, then click Replace all. Match case and Whole words only are available. One click of Undo reverts the whole replacement.
- Check the save status
The footer shows Pending, Saving or Saved. Published cards still need Update version to go live.
