1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or publishing an invitation on VowForever you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use VowForever on behalf of someone else, such as a partner or family member, you confirm you have their permission.
2. Your account
You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, music, and other material you upload. You grant VowForever a limited licence to store, process, and display that content only so we can run the service, for example to render your invitation for guests you share it with.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Templates and design assets
Templates, illustrations, and layouts provided by VowForever are licensed to you for use in invitations you create on the platform. They may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed as standalone assets.
5. Guest interactions
Guests who open your invitation can RSVP, leave wishes, sign, and confirm gifts without an account. You are responsible for how you use the information your guests submit, and you should only collect what you need for your event.
6. Public gallery
Your invitation is never listed in the public customer gallery unless you turn on “Show in public gallery” for it. You can turn it off at any time and the listing is removed.
7. Plans, availability, and changes
Plan limits, such as the number of photos, views, and how long a card stays online, are described on the Pricing page. We may improve or change features over time and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Termination
You can delete invitations or close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
9. Liability
VowForever is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Contact
