Plans and pricing
Paid plans are listed on the Pricing page with their price, what they include, and how long they last. Prices are shown before checkout and include any applicable taxes calculated by our payment provider.
Checkout and payment
Payments are processed securely by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. After a successful payment your plan is activated automatically, usually within a minute. If activation takes longer, the payment return page will keep checking and you can contact support with your order reference.
Invoices and billing portal
You can download invoices and manage your billing details from Billing in your dashboard, which opens the Polar customer portal.
Refunds
If something is wrong with your purchase, email support@vowforever.love within 14 days of payment with your order reference. We will review every request in good faith and refund where the service did not work as described.
Plan expiry
When a plan ends your account returns to the Free plan limits. Published invitations that exceed Free plan limits may be paused until you upgrade again; your content is not deleted at expiry.
