Information we collect
We only collect what is needed to run VowForever:
- Account details: your name, email address, and profile photo from Google if you sign in with Google.
- Invitation content: the text, photos, music, and settings you add to your cards.
- Guest submissions: names, RSVP answers, wishes, signatures, and gift confirmations that guests send through your invitation.
- Billing records: plan, order, and invoice references from our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data: page views and device information used to keep the service secure and to measure aggregate traffic.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure the service, show your invitations to the guests you share them with, deliver guest responses to your dashboard, process payments, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Who can see your invitation
Anyone with the link to a published invitation can view it. Drafts are visible only to you. Guest responses are visible only to the invitation owner in the dashboard. Invitations appear in the public gallery only if you opt in.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to operate VowForever:
- Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in.
- Polar for checkout, invoices, and the customer billing portal.
- Our hosting, database, and caching infrastructure.
- Google Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics.
Retention and deletion
Invitation content and guest submissions are kept while your invitation is active under your plan. Deleting an invitation removes its guest data. Closing your account removes your profile and invitations; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Account Settings, export or delete guest data from the dashboard, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@vowforever.love.
