Do I pay when I send the request?
No. Sending the form only places a request. Once we've talked through your details, we confirm the final price and how to pay before any work is delivered.
What counts as an unlimited template edit?
Anything within the chosen template: names, dates, wording, photos, colours, music and section order. Changes to the layout or effects beyond the template are personalised changes, priced per change.
How quickly will I get my invitation?
We contact you within 1–2 business hours (or 45 minutes with Rush during business hours) and usually deliver the first draft within 2–4 hours of receiving everything we need.
Can each family have its own card?
Yes, the Complete package includes two separate cards, one per family, and each can use a different template.
Can I track my request?
If you're signed in when you order, the request appears under My service orders in your dashboard, where you can follow its status from requested to delivered.
