1. Who processes your payment

Card payments for VowForever plans and add-ons are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record. You pay on Polar's secure hosted checkout page; VowForever never sees or stores your full card number, security code, or bank login.

2. Accepted payment methods

You can pay in the following ways, depending on what you buy:

  • Plans (Basic, Premium): the payment methods shown on the Polar checkout page. These are typically major credit and debit cards; wallet options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay may appear depending on your device and country.
  • Add-ons: the same Polar checkout, or points from your VowForever wallet for add-ons that list a points price.
  • Done-for-you service: no payment is taken on the website. When our team contacts you about your request, we confirm the final price and how to pay before any work is delivered.

3. Currency and prices

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which VowForever does not control or receive.

The price you pay is the one shown on the Polar checkout page when you confirm the payment. Changes to our published prices never affect an order you have already paid.

4. Taxes

Where sales tax, VAT, or GST applies, Polar calculates it at checkout from your billing location and shows it in the order total before you pay. Business customers can usually enter a tax ID on the checkout page.

5. Discount codes

If you have a discount code, enter it on the Polar checkout page. The discounted total is shown before you confirm. Codes cannot be applied after a payment is complete.

6. One-time payments, no automatic renewal

Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each paid plan is active for 365 days from the payment date and is never charged again automatically. To keep paid features after that, buy the plan again from Billing in your dashboard.

7. When a payment counts as successful

A payment is successful when Polar confirms the order as paid and sends us a verified notification. We then activate your plan or add-on automatically, usually within a minute. After a plan checkout you return to a status page that keeps checking until the activation is complete.

8. Failed, cancelled, or expired checkouts

If your card is declined or you close the checkout, nothing is charged and nothing changes on your account. Cancelling a plan checkout takes you back to the Pricing page, and cancelling an add-on checkout takes you back to Add-ons, where you can start again.

Checkout links expire after a while for your security. An unfinished add-on checkout that has not expired can be resumed from the Add-ons page; otherwise simply start a new one.

9. Charged but nothing was activated

Activation normally takes under a minute. If more than a few minutes have passed, email support@vowforever.love with the email address on your VowForever account and the order reference from your Polar receipt. We will check the order and activate it manually if needed. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate payment is refunded under our Refund Policy.

10. Receipts and invoices

Polar emails a receipt to the address entered at checkout. Your plan purchase history is listed under Billing in your dashboard, and the Manage billing button there opens the Polar customer portal, where you can download invoices and update your billing details.

11. Points

Points in your VowForever wallet can be redeemed for add-ons that show a points price. Points are deducted at the moment you redeem them and the add-on is applied straight away. Points are not money: they cannot be bought, transferred, or exchanged for cash under this policy.
