What you need before you start
- Your names as you want them printed, the date and start times.
- Ceremony and reception addresses (the map is generated from the address).
- Five to ten favorite photos. Engagement shots work best for the cover.
- A short invitation message. Not sure what to write? See our wording ideas on the blog.
Step-by-step
- Choose a template
Open the template gallery and filter by occasion. Preview any design on a phone frame before you commit. Every template already includes the schedule, map, RSVP and wishes blocks.
- Add your details
Enter both names, the wedding date and time, and the ceremony and reception venues. The countdown and calendar button update automatically from the date you set.
- Personalize photos, wording and music
Upload engagement photos or an album, rewrite the invitation wording, choose fonts and colors, and optionally add background music or an opening effect in the drag-and-drop editor.
- Turn on RSVP and gifts
Enable the RSVP form so guests confirm attendance and party size. Add a gift box with your bank or e-wallet QR code if you would like to receive gifts online.
- Publish and share the link
Publish to get your invitation link and QR code. Send it by text, email, WhatsApp, Messenger or Zalo, or create personalized links that greet each guest by name.
- Track responses
Watch RSVPs, guest counts, wishes and signatures arrive in your dashboard. Export the guest list whenever you need it for seating or catering.
Online vs. printed wedding invitations
- Cost: a digital invitation can be free; printed suites and postage add up per guest.
- Speed: guests receive it instantly, wherever they live.
- RSVP: responses arrive in one list instead of by phone, text and mail.
- Updates: change a time or venue after sending and every guest sees the new details on the same link.
