1. Scope

This policy applies to studios, wedding planners, designers, and other businesses that join the VowForever partner program and appear in the partner directory. It sits alongside the Partner Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Content Policy. If they conflict, the Partner Terms apply to partner matters.

2. Eligibility and application

Joining is free. You need a VowForever account and must apply from Partner in your dashboard. The application asks for:

  • Your full name, a contact email, and a phone number.
  • Whether you have designed invitations before.
  • Up to 5 portfolio links (https only) and an optional message about your work.

3. Review and approval

Our team reviews each application by hand, usually within a few business days. You can have only one application under review at a time. If an application is not approved you can apply again later, ideally with more portfolio work. We may ask for more information before deciding, and approval is at our discretion.

4. What approval unlocks

Approved partners can:

  • Set up a partner profile with a brand name, contact email, logo, and up to 5 website or social links.
  • Publish a public partner page and choose whether it is listed in the partner directory.
  • Show a portfolio made of their published invitations that are opted into the public gallery.
  • Where enabled, use a personal partner address on a VowForever subdomain that opens their partner page.
  • See the invitations they have created for clients in one place.

5. Listing rules

Your profile and directory listing must be accurate and kept up to date:

  • Use your real business or trading name, and a contact email and phone number that reach you.
  • Upload only a logo you own or are allowed to use.
  • Your partner URL must be 3–40 characters (lowercase letters, numbers, single hyphens) and must not imitate another brand. Some names are reserved for VowForever.
  • Keep your description under 500 characters, factual, and free of misleading claims.
  • Choose only the service region and services (weddings, baby showers, birthdays, events) you actually offer.
  • Show only work you made, and only with your clients' permission to display it.
  • Do not use the listing to advertise unrelated products or to send spam.

6. The verified badge

The verified badge is granted by the VowForever team at its discretion, for example after we have confirmed who runs the business and reviewed the quality of its published work. Verified partners are shown first in the directory. The badge means we have checked the listing; it is not a guarantee of any partner's services, and we may remove it at any time if the listing no longer meets this policy.

7. Working with your clients

Partners are independent businesses. You set your own prices and terms with your clients, take payment from them directly, and are responsible for delivering what you promised. VowForever is not a party to those agreements and does not take a cut of what clients pay you.

Invitations you create for clients live in your own VowForever account and count toward your own plan's limits. If your plan ends, those invitations follow the Free plan limits like any other. Tell your clients how long their invitation will stay online and keep your plan active for that period.

8. Content and client data

Everything you publish (invitations, profile, logo, and portfolio) must follow the Content Policy. Only enter clients' personal details with their permission, use them only to make their invitation, and never sell them or use them for spam. Tell us straight away if you suspect your account or your clients' data has been compromised.

9. Using the VowForever name

You may describe yourself as a “VowForever partner”. You may not present yourself as VowForever, as its owner or official representative, register domain names or social accounts that could be confused with VowForever, or make promises on our behalf about features, refunds, or how long invitations stay online.

10. Enforcement

If a partner breaks this policy we may ask for changes, remove content, remove the verified badge, hide the directory listing or public page, or end partner status and, for serious cases, suspend the account. Couples who have a problem with a partner can report it to us; see the Content Policy for how.
