1. The parties and acceptance
These Partner Terms are an agreement between [To be confirmed: VowForever legal entity name], which operates VowForever (“VowForever”, “we”), and the person or business whose partner application we approve (“you”, “Partner”). By applying to, or continuing to use, the partner program you accept these terms, the Partner Policy, the Terms of Service, the Content Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Independent relationship
You act as an independent business. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, franchisee, or joint venturer, and you may not sign agreements or make commitments on our behalf.
3. Fees and payments
Joining the partner program is free. Plans and add-ons you buy for your own account are paid under our Payment Policy and Terms of Transaction like any other purchase. VowForever does not pay partners commission under these terms; if you also join the affiliate program, referral commissions are governed by that program's rules.
What you charge your clients is up to you. You are responsible for collecting those payments, for any refunds you agree with your clients, and for your own taxes.

4. Your public page and listing
You control your profile, whether your page is listed in the directory, and which of your invitations appear in your portfolio (through the “Show in public gallery” setting). We control how the directory is ordered and displayed, including showing verified partners first, and we may hide or edit listings that break the Partner Policy.
5. Licence to your materials
You keep ownership of your brand name, logo, and work. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on your partner page, in the directory, and in materials that promote the directory, for as long as you are a partner and for a reasonable time afterwards to remove them.
6. Our intellectual property
The VowForever name, logo, software, templates, and design assets remain ours. You may use templates to make invitations for clients on the platform, but you may not copy, resell, or extract them, or use them to build a competing product.

7. Client data
For personal data you enter about your clients and their guests, you decide what is collected and why, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and your clients' consent. We process that data to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Each of us will keep the data secure and tell the other promptly about any breach that affects it.

8. Your promises
You confirm that:
- The information in your application and profile is true and kept up to date.
- You have the rights to the content and branding you upload and the permission of the people shown in your work.
- You comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, advertising, and tax rules.
- You will not misrepresent VowForever's features, prices, or how long invitations stay online.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Create fake accounts, applications, reviews, or orders.
- Exploit bugs or interfere with the service or other users' data.
- Collect or use clients' or guests' data for anything other than making their invitations.
- Publish content that breaks the Content Policy.
- Impersonate VowForever or another business.
10. Liability
We provide the partner program “as is” and do not promise any amount of traffic, enquiries, or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. You are responsible for, and will cover our reasonable costs arising from, claims by your clients or third parties about your services, content, or use of their data.
11. Suspension and termination
You can leave the program at any time by unlisting your page and emailing us to remove your partner status. We may suspend or end your partner status, with notice where reasonable, if you break these terms or the Partner Policy, if your listing harms couples or the service, or if we close the program. When partner status ends, your public page and listing are removed; your VowForever account and invitations stay subject to the Terms of Service and your plan. Obligations that were already due survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the program changes. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell partners by email in advance. Continuing in the program after the change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by [To be confirmed: governing law and courts]. We will always try to resolve disagreements informally first. Please write to us before taking any formal step.
