1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to everything added to VowForever by its users, including:
- Invitation text, event details, and wedding profiles.
- Uploaded photos, background music, custom fonts, and embedded YouTube videos.
- Guest submissions: wishes, signatures, RSVP answers, and custom form responses.
- Partner profiles, directory listings, and logos.
2. Who can see your content
A published invitation can be opened by anyone who has its link, so treat it as public. Drafts are visible only to you. An invitation appears in the public customer gallery and, for partners, on their public partner page, only if you turn on “Show in public gallery” for it. Content you publish must follow this policy however widely you share it.

3. Content that is welcome
Invitations and pages for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, and similar celebrations, with your own photos, words, and the music and fonts you have the right to use.
4. Prohibited content
Do not upload, publish, or share through VowForever:
- Anything illegal where you or your guests live, including content that promotes violence or terrorism.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content, and any sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
- Photos or personal details of other people shared without their consent, or used to embarrass or harm them.
- Photos, music, video, fonts, artwork, or text you do not have the right to use.
- Scams, including fake events created to collect gifts or money, and phishing for passwords or payment details.
- Spam, mass unsolicited promotion, or using invitations mainly to advertise unrelated products.
- Malware, malicious links, or anything designed to damage devices or the service.
- Impersonation of another person, business, or of VowForever, or false claims of partnership or endorsement.
5. Copyright and the assets you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload, and you are responsible for having the rights to it. Background music and custom fonts are a common source of problems: upload only tracks and font files that you own or that are licensed for this use. Templates and design assets provided by VowForever are licensed to you only for invitations made on the platform, as described in our Terms of Service.
When photos show other people (guests, family, or a partner's clients), make sure they are happy to appear before you publish.

6. Guest submissions
Wishes and signatures are written by your guests, but they appear on your invitation, so you are responsible for keeping them appropriate. You can delete any wish from Wishes in your dashboard.

7. Reporting content
To report an invitation, partner page, or other content that breaks this policy or infringes your rights, email support@vowforever.love with the subject "Content report". There is no in-app reporting button yet, so please include:
- The full link to the content.
- Which part is the problem and why it breaks this policy.
- For copyright or image-rights claims: who owns the work, proof that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them, and a statement that the report is accurate.
- How we can reach you if we need more information.
8. How we handle reports
We review every report. When content breaks this policy, we may do one or more of the following:
- Remove the content or ask the owner to remove it.
- Unpublish the invitation, or remove it from the public gallery or the partner directory.
- Remove a partner's verified badge or directory listing.
- Suspend or close the account, especially for serious or repeated violations.
- Share information with authorities when the law requires it or someone is at risk.
9. Notice and appeals
Unless the situation is urgent or the law prevents it, we tell the account owner what we did and why. If you think we made a mistake, reply to that email or write to support@vowforever.love and we will take another look. Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's rights will be closed.
