Add a custom form to your card

The Form widget adds your own questions to the card. Guests answer right on the invitation without signing in.

1. Insert a form

   In the designer, add the Form widget from the widgets list.

2. Add questions

   Choose short text, email, phone, paragraph, single choice or multiple choice. Mark questions as required and reorder them as needed (up to 15).

3. Customize

   Set the form title, button label, thank-you message and colours.

4. Publish

   Answers start arriving once the card is published.
