I created an invitation but forgot my login password, what should I do?
Don't worry, just click the 'Forgot Password' button on the login screen and enter your registered email. The system will send a password reset link to your email within 30 seconds.
Can I edit the invitation content after sending the link to my friends?
Absolutely. You just need to log in to 'My Invitations', select the invitation you need to edit, and update the information. The content will automatically update on the existing link without needing to send a new link to your guests.
I encountered an error during payment/upgrade, who should I contact?
If your account has been charged but the plan is not active yet, please take a screenshot of the transaction and send it to our Facebook page or other contact channels. We will verify and manually activate it for you within 15 minutes.
Guests report that they cannot send wishes or RSVP/confirm attendance?
Please check the Invitation Settings to see if you have added the RSVP confirmation form. If you have added it but still encounter issues, please send us the invitation link so our technical team can inspect it immediately.
