Every published VowForever invitation can be shared as a link or as a QR code. The QR version bridges the gap between printed materials and your online card.
Where to put it
- On the back of a small run of printed invitations for older relatives.
- On a welcome sign at the venue so guests can leave a wish or signature.
- On table cards, linking to the card's photo album.
- Near the gift table, alongside the gift box QR for bank transfers.
Printing tips
- Print the code at least 2 cm (about 0.8 in) wide.
- Keep a white margin around it so phone cameras can read it.
- Test-scan the printed proof with both an iPhone and an Android phone.
- Add a short label such as "Scan to RSVP" or "Leave us a wish".
Wording for QR labels
- Scan to RSVP by November 20.
- Scan for directions and parking.
- Leave us a wish, we will read every one.
- Sign our digital guestbook.
A note on gift QR codes
The gift box on a VowForever card shows a separate bank QR for each side of the couple. Keep that one on the card itself rather than on public signage, and only display the transfer details guests actually need.
One code, many touchpoints: guests find the same card whether they scan a sign, tap a chat link or open a printed card.
